Location: Opposite Centro Lutwyche shopping centre in the heart of the business centre of Lutwyche. Only 7kms to the city and easily accessed from North, South (Clem 7) and West via the Inner City Bypass.

Close to public transport and convenient parking at the shopping centre.

Reception: reception desk and waiting area has 2 black tub chairs and bookcase full of books

Office: 2 huge chocolate brown comfy recliners and small office desk and bookcase

Kitchenette: sideboard, small round dining table and chairs, fridge, microwave and all the kitchen essentials. 

Terms and Conditions

  1. You may use tea, coffee, milk, sugar, honey etcetera. 
  2. You agree to wash up, refill the water jugs and keep the space clean and tidy. 
  3. Computer and internet, and printer use is included if required.  Please keep to safe and clean sites or computer use will be withdrawn.  Please keep use of the printer to that of receipts. 
  4. All other photocopying will incur a charge of .20c per page.
  5. The office is well-lit outside for evening appointments and you may display your advertising material in the reception area.
  6. Free parking is available in the back street behind the office.
  7. Clients are to be advised to park in the shopping centre.
  8. Payment of room rental:
    1. Permanent bookings are to be paid in advance of the room rental in order to retain the reduced rate.
    2. Casual rates are to be paid within 7 days of the room rental. An invoice will be issued the day following the room being used.

Please Note:  If permanent rates are not paid monthly and in advance, then they revert to the casual rate times the number of days.

Please be aware that the room rental rates and CBA fees may change or alter (due to change of circumstances or CPI) and if so you will be provided with 14 days notice of changes.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EFTPOS/CC/HEALTH FUND FACILITY

You may elect to be added to the EFTPOS / CC and Health Fund iSoft terminal (similar to HiCaps), so that your name shows on the account and to allow clients to claim from their Health Fund, and then pay by Eftpos or Credit Card.  Training will be provided if you take this option.

    1. If you elect this option, fees are applicable as there are merchant fees payable to CBA, which will be passed on to you.  CBA Fees:  1.5% on total purchases or refunds monthly.
    1. Eftpos or CC funds will be transferred to the nominated bank account within 7 – 9 days (public holidays may delay payments).  Health funds may take longer to deposit funds and these will be transferred to you as soon as practicable.
