Being overweight is causing health problems (according to the WHO) such as:

  • Diabetes
  • Heart disease
  • Arthritis
  • Kidney problems
  • Financial stress

because obesity is one of the biggest contributors to health issues in Australia, and the rest of the world.

Most people when they realise they are overweight have tried to do something about it, and find that this is one of the most difficult areas of their life to control. The problem is that eating habits slip into the unconscious habits so easily, that trying to change those habits at the conscious level takes an enormous amount of effort. Not only that, it would appear that there is a reset button which keeps resetting to a heavier weight, the more diets are attempted.

By giving yourself positive suggestions you may find that these suggestions influence you subconscious mind in a positive way, with little effort on your part and that’s what this recording by Narelle Stratford, psychologist, is designed to do.

Listen to it twice a day, before breakfast and before dinner, and at least you may begin to feel more relaxed within yourself.
