Happy New Year!!
Another year has gone by so quickly it seems. Children are growing up, grandchildren are growing up, and maybe I am too. I am currently in Brisbane as I type and soon to return to Christmas Island to once again work with asylum-seekers. A difficult, rewarding and interesting role which may become more so as the Abbott government continues to hold fast to its policy of “no processing in Australia”.
I have been very slack in keeping my website up to date and trust I will do better this year! I am not making any promises though.
I would like to take this opportunity to wish you a belated Merry Christmas and a wonderful New Year, where you make this year the year to be the best person you can be.
